With the new RADIO-CONTROL transmitter and receiver the models EASY-CHECK FE / FE-S / FN has a complete new and unique measuring system. You can measure the coating on site and transfer the reading automatically to the computer by radio. The value is displayed on the device, making it possible to clear a wrong reading even by radio using the new statistics software STAT-6.
The probe of the Coating Thickness Meter EASY-CHECK FN combines both measuring techniques magnetic induction and eddy current. When setting the probe on the coating the device recognizes automatically whether the base material is ferrous or non-ferrous. This is an important advantage to eliminate erroneous readings by using the wrong measuring technique!
