Magnetizing Equipment
The YOKE - magnetization is used for the 2-pole magnetization of FERRIT and ALNICO magnetic systems, while the equipment with capacitor discharge serve for the magnetization and calibration of multi-pole magnetic systems of ALNICO, FERRIT, SmCo or NEODYM magnetic material.

All Magnetizing Equipment can be supplied with a built-in Fluxmeter to measure the magnetic flux after the magnetizing procedure. A peak current and field strength measuring device can be provided to control the magnetizing field strength.
All Magnetizing Equipment are furnished with signals for integration in automatic manufacturing plants. As an optional we offer suitable manual work places for the Magnetizing Equipment.

For a quotation we need the following data:
- Geometry of the magnet (magnetic system)
- Magnetic material or name
- Kind of magnetization (pole quantity)
- Pulse time
- Sample or diagram of the magnetic system

The new series of Magnetizing Equipment UKI-MPHP work according to the capacitor discharge technique and include a new SPS control system with graphic
operation terminal.
The devices can be supplied with built-in flux and current measuring system on request.
The measured value is displayed in figures (digital) and also on a bar diagram (analog).
A serial interface is included to record the setting and measuring data.
This new series can be adjusted individually to an assembly line. On request we supply suitable hand operated magnetizing appliances with automatic feed of the objects to be magnetized. In the assembly-line production clock times of 2-3 sec. can be achieved.
The new designed Pulse Generator IT-1 makes it possible to get optimum saturation results when magnetizing multi-pole magnetic systems with short clock times. Pulse currents up to 100 kA are produced.
The magnetizing devices , especially designed for this application, achieve precise pole divisions and narrow neutral planes when changing polarity.
